RETURN policy:
You can return the goods up to seven (7) days from receipt of the goods, in case the goods arrived damaged, it is defective or does not match the description. Otherwise, please take into consideration that  medical goods RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED for hygienic reasons.
Any customers complaint settlement is provided by the Seller via the e-mail address of info@denas.store Information about the settlement of the complaint of the Buyer is sent by the Seller to the Buyer's e-mail address.

1. General Provisions.
This user agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", applies to all orders placed on the website https://denas.store/, hereinafter referred to as the "Site", by the buyer, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" with the DENAS.STORE online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" , on the terms specified in the agreement.
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller at the time of placing the order.
1.2. This Agreement, as well as information about the product presented on the Site, is a public offer.
1.3 The inclusion of the Buyer's own terms and conditions is not recognized unless the Seller has given express written consent.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
1.5. This Agreement shall be considered in the form as it is published on the Site.
2. Information about the product.
2.1. The goods are presented on the site through photo-figures who are the property of the seller.
2.2. Each photo-image is accompanied by textual information: the article, price and description of the product.
2.3. At the request of the buyer, the manager of the Denas.store online store is obliged to provide (by phone or by e-mail) other information necessary and sufficient, from the point of view of the buyer, to make a decision on the purchase of goods.
2.4. The price of the goods indicated on the site can be changed by the seller unilaterally.
2.5. In case of changing the price of the goods ordered by the buyer, the manager of the Denas.store online store as far as possible informs the buyer (by phone or by e-mail) to obtain confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the buyer, this order is considered canceled.
3. Registration in the DENAS.STORE online store.
3.1. To place an Order, the Buyer must register in the DENAS.STORE Online Store (provide information about himself necessary for the Parties to fulfill the Agreement).
3.2. When registering in the DENAS.STORE Online Store, the Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by him during registration.
3.3. When registering, the Buyer shall provide the following data:
1. Last name;
2. Name;
3. E-mail;
4. Mobile phone;
5. Delivery address.
4. The procedure for purchasing goods.
4.1. The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the site. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be placed by the buyer in the following way: on your own on the site.
4.2. After placing the order by e-mail of the buyer, a letter confirming the acceptance of the order is sent, indicating the names of the selected goods and the total amount of the order, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
4.3. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the manager of the Denas.store online store is obliged to inform the buyer (by phone or by e-mail).
4.4. In the absence of goods, the buyer has the right to replace it with another product or cancel the order.
4.5. The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time until it is sent to the buyer, in advance (but no later than 12 hours before delivery), by informing the Denas.store online store (by phone or by e-mail).
5. Delivery and acceptance and transfer of goods.
5.1. Delivery of goods by the seller is carried out after 100% of payment of the order by the buyer.
5.2. Delivery of goods ordered in the Denas.store online store in agreed quantities and assortment is carried out by the delivery service within the delivery zone indicated by the seller at the delivery address indicated by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. The costs of delivery of goods are paid by the buyer at the tariffs indicated when placing an order.
5.4. The buyer is obliged to pay all customs expenses/import fees and VAT, when the goods arrive in his country of destination, according to the laws for the import of goods into the country of the buyer.
5.5. Sending and delivery of the ordered goods is made on time agreed with the buyer.
5.6. The buyer is obliged in the presence of a representative of the delivery service to check the ordered goods by quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of goods.
6. Payment of goods.
6.1. Payment of the order by the Buyer is carried out in terms of the methods specified in the Denas.store online store by 100% prepayment.
7. Return of goods.
7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods after receiving it within seven days. The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions for the purchase of the specified goods (consignment note, cash receipt). During this period, the buyer is obliged to notify the manager of the Denas.store store in writing at the email address info@denas.store about the desire to return the goods.
7.2. The buyer is not entitled to abandon the goods of proper quality, which has individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the buyer acquiring it. 
7.3. If the buyer refuses the goods, the seller returns the amount of money paid for the goods, minus the amount of expenses of the Denas.store online store, related to the delivery of goods to the buyer and the export of the goods from the buyer, no later than ten days from the date of receipt of the goods from the buyer .
8. Other.
8.1. The DENAS.STORE online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Site, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and also suspend or stop the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
8.2. The DENAS.STORE online store has the right to hold special promotions.
8.3. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the DENAS.STORE online store to process his personal data in order to send information and promote goods on the market, without time limit. This consent may be withdrawn by the Buyer by sending a written notice. is public;
disclosed at the request or with the permission of the Buyer;
requires disclosure on the grounds provided for by law, or upon receipt of relevant requests from the court or authorized state bodies;
disclosed on other grounds provided by the agreement of the Parties.
8.5. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement by publishing the changes on the Site at DENAS.STORE, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
8.6. The Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and contains the rules for making purchases in the DENAS.STORE online store.
8.7. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the seller issues the buyer a cash or sales receipt, or another document confirming payment for the goods, or from the moment the seller receives a message of intent to purchase the goods.

1. Общие положения.

Настоящее пользовательское соглашение, далее "Соглашение", относится ко всем заказам, которые оформлены на сайте https://denas.store/ , далее «Сайт», покупателем, далее "Покупатель"с Интернет-магазином DENAS.STORE, далее "Продавец" , на указанных в соглашении условиях.

1.1. Настоящее Соглашение заключается между Покупателем и Продавцом в момент оформления заказа.

1.2. Настоящие Соглашение, а также информация о товаре, представленная на Сайте, являются публичной офертой .

1.3 Включение собственных условий Покупателем не признаются, если Продавец не дал явного письменного согласия.

1.4. Продавец оставляет за собой право вносить изменения в настоящее Соглашение.
1.5. Настоящее Соглашение должно рассматриваться в том виде, как оно опубликовано на Сайте.

2. Информация о товаре.

2.1. Товар представлен на Сайте через фото-образцы, являющиеся собственностью Продавца.

2.2. Каждый фото-образец сопровождается текстовой информацией: артикулом, ценой и описанием товара.

2.3. По просьбе Покупателя менеджер Интернет-магазина DENAS.STORE обязан предоставить (по телефону или посредством электронной почты) прочую информацию, необходимую и достаточную, с точки зрения Покупателя, для принятия им решения о покупке товара.

2.4. Указанная на Сайте цена товара может быть изменена Продавцом в одностороннем порядке.

2.5. В случае изменения цены товара, заказанного Покупателем, менеджер Интернет-магазина DENAS.STORE при первой возможности информирует об этом Покупателя (по телефону или посредством электронной почты) для получения подтверждения либо аннулирования заказа. При невозможности связаться с Покупателем данный заказ считается аннулированным.

3. Регистрация в Интернет-магазине DENAS.STORE.

3.1. Для оформления Заказа Покупатель должен зарегистрироваться в Интернет-магазине DENAS.STORE (предоставить о себе информацию, необходимую для исполнения Сторонами Договора).

3.2. При регистрации в Интернет-магазине DENAS.STORE Покупатель несет ответственность за точность и правильность информации, предоставленной им при регистрации.

3.3. При регистрации Покупателем указываются следующие данные:
1.    Фамилия;
2.    Имя;
3.    E-mail;
4.    Мобильный телефон;
5.    Адрес доставки.

4. Порядок приобретения товара.

4.1. Покупатель вправе оформить заказ на любой товар, представленный на Сайте. Каждый товар может быть заказан в любом количестве. Заказ может быть оформлен Покупателем следующим способом: самостоятельно на Сайте.
4.2. После оформления заказа на e-mail Покупателя отправляется письмо, подтверждающее принятие заказа, с указанием наименований выбранных товаров и общей суммы заказа, являющийся неотъемлемой частью настоящего Соглашения.
4.3. При отсутствии товара на складе менеджер Интернет-магазина DENAS.STORE обязан поставить в известность об этом Покупателя (по телефону или посредством электронной почты).
4.4. При отсутствии товара Покупатель вправе заменить его другим товаром либо аннулировать заказ.
4.5. Покупатель вправе отказаться от заказанного товара в любое время до его отправки Покупателю, заблаговременно (но не позднее чем за 12 часов до времени доставки) поставив в известность об этом Интернет-магазин DENAS.STORE (по телефону или посредством электронной почты).

1. Доставка и приемка-передача товара.

5.1. Доставка товара Продавцом осуществляется после 100% оплаты заказа Покупателем.

5.2. Доставка товара, заказанного в Интернет-магазине DENAS.STORE, в согласованном количестве и ассортименте, осуществляется службой доставки в пределах зоны доставки, указанной Продавцом, по адресу доставки, указанному Покупателем, если не согласовано иное. 

5.3. Расходы по доставке товара оплачиваются Покупателем по тарифам, указанным при оформлении заказа .

5.4. Покупатель обязан оплатить все таможенные расходы/импортные сборы и НДС , когда товар прибывает в его страну назначения, согласно законам по ввозу товара в страну Покупателя.

5.5. Отправка и доставка заказанного товара производится в оговоренные с Покупателем сроки.

5.6. Покупатель обязан в присутствии представителя службы доставки произвести проверку заказанного товара по количеству, качеству, ассортименту и комплектности товара.

6. Оплата товара .

6.1. Оплата Заказа Покупателем осуществляется в сроки и способами, указанными в Интернет-магазине DENAS.STORE путем 100% предоплаты 

7. Возврат Товара.

7.1. Покупатель вправе отказаться от товара после его получения в течение семи дней. Возврат товара надлежащего качества возможен в случае, если сохранены его товарный вид, потребительские свойства, а также документ, подтверждающий факт и условия покупки указанного товара (товарная накладная, кассовый чек). В течение этого периода Покупатель обязан известить менеджера магазина DENAS.STORE письменно на адрес электронной почты info@denas.store о желании вернуть товар.

7.2 . Покупатель не вправе отказаться от товара надлежащего качества, имеющего индивидуально-определенные свойства, если указанный товар может быть использован исключительно приобретающим его Покупателем. 7.3 . При отказе Покупателя от товара Продавец возвращает ему денежную сумму, уплаченную за товар, за вычетом суммы расходов Интернет-магазина DENAS.STORE , связанных с доставкой товара Покупателю и вывозом товара от Покупателя, не позднее, чем через десять дней со дня получения товара от Покупателя.

8. Прочее.

8.1. Интернет-магазин DENAS.STORE оставляет за собой право расширять и сокращать товарное предложение на Сайте, регулировать доступ к покупке любых товаров, а также приостанавливать или прекращать продажу любых товаров по своему собственному усмотрению.
8.2. Интернет-магазин DENAS.STORE вправе проводить специальные акции.
8.3. Покупатель, размещая заказ, дает согласие Интернет-магазину DENAS.STORE на обработку своих персональных данных в целях рассылки информации и продвижения товаров на рынке, без ограничения срока. Указанное согласие может быть отозвано Покупателем путём направления письменного уведомления. В этом случае Ваши персональные данные будут уничтожены, а их обработка прекращена в течение 7 рабочих дней с даты получения нами уведомления.
8.4. Продавец обязуется соблюдать конфиденциальность в отношении персональных данных Покупателя, а также иной информации о Покупателе, ставшей известной Продавцу в связи с исполнением настоящего Соглашения, за исключением случаев, когда такая информация:

• является общедоступной;

• раскрыта по требованию или с разрешения Покупателя;

• требует раскрытия по основаниям, предусмотренным законодательством, или при поступлении соответствующих запросов суда или уполномоченных государственных органов;

• раскрыта по иным основаниям, предусмотренным соглашением Сторон.

8.5. Продавец вправе в одностороннем порядке вносить изменения в Соглашение путем публикации изменений на Сайте по адресу DENAS.STORE, если иное не предусмотрено новой редакцией Соглашения.
8.6. Соглашение является юридически обязывающим договором между Покупателем и Продавцом и содержит правила совершения покупок в Интернет-магазине DENAS.STORE .
8.7. Данный договор считается заключенным с момента выдачи продавцом покупателю кассового или товарного чека, либо иного документа, подтверждающего оплату товара, или с момента получения продавцом сообщения о намерении приобрести товар.
