Hereby, I, hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of Personal Data", in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152–FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (with amendments and additions) freely, voluntarily and in my interest, I give my consent to the organization IP Georgiadi Maksim Alekseevich (hereinafter referred to as the Company) for the processing of their personal data specified by filling out a web form on the website denas.store and its subdomains *.denas.store (hereinafter referred to as the Site), sent (filled in) using the Site.

By personal data I mean any information relating to me as a Subject of Personal Data, including my surname, first name, patronymic, address, education, profession, contact details (phone, fax, e-mail, postal address), photos, other other information. The processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data is carried out solely for the purpose of registering the Subject of Personal Data in the Company's database, followed by sending to the Subject of Personal Data mail messages and SMS notifications, including advertising content, from the Company, its affiliates and/or subcontractors, newsletters, invitations to Company events and other information of advertising and news content, as well as for the purpose of confirming the identity of the Subject of Personal Data when attending Company events.

The date of granting consent to the processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject is the date of sending the web form from the Company's Website.

The processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data can be carried out with the help of automation tools and/or without the use of automation tools in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the internal regulations of the Company.

The Company takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their adoption to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions with respect to personal data, and also undertakes to preserve confidentiality of personal data of the Personal Data Subject. The Company has the right to involve subcontractors for the processing of personal data of the Subject of Personal Data, and also has the right to transfer personal data for processing to its affiliates, while ensuring that such subcontractors and affiliates accept appropriate obligations regarding the confidentiality of personal data.

I am aware that:

• this consent to the processing of my personal data specified during registration on the Company's Website, sent (filled in) using the Site, is valid for 20 (twenty) years from the use of the form on the Company's Website;
• consent may be withdrawn by me on the basis of a written application in any form;
• the provision of personal data of third parties without their consent entails liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
